iWoodParty provides Vintage Bar Hire in the Worcestershire and surrounding areas.
We cater for all events from private parties to corporate and weddings.
The build
Our Vintage Horsebox Bar, proudly named as "Lunar" by the kids, was lovingly restored in house as an iWoodMade project.
The original Rice Trailer (believed to be the "Farmers Hunt" model ) had seen better days after some 40-50 years in service!
Following a nuts and bolt restoration of the trailer the conversion and transition into Lunar moved swiftly on!
Our packages
Cash Bar
Pay as you go bar, your guests pay for their own drinks via cash or card.
Pay for some or all of your guests drinks. Once the limit is reached we will continue as a cash bar.
Hire the Box and staff and supply your own alcohol.
Open Bar
Dry Hire
The Cash Bar and Open Bar options require a £100 deposit to secure your date, which is refundable if a minimum spend is met on the day.
Each option includes the hire of the Vintage Bar and staff. Cash Bar and Open Bar options include disposable glasses.
Our bar includes as standard provision for 1 x Real Ale, 2 x Draught Beverages such as Cider or Lager. There is a back bar fridge and a wine chiller suitable for preparing 51 bottles of wine / bubbly - suitable for even the largest of toasts!

With direct access to our iWoodMade workshop why not consider some additional options that may also help to make your event that extra little bit special:
Using our inhouse CNC facility why not customise some place mats or serving platters?
We have an illuminated undercounter space at the front of the bar. Why not include a personal message from the hosts or engrave panel with event/company logo?
Is your event themed? Let us know and we can work with you to decorate and coordinate the bar to suit!
